Tubing is fun for all ages. All you have to do is sit down, hang on and experience the exhilaration of pure winter fun!

At Holiday Valley, you can make FUN of winter with great skiing and riding terrain, abundant snow, top notch lifts, thoughtful services, beautiful facilities and fun-loving Ellicottville to boot ! 

These freezing nights and warm days are making the sap run and we have started boiling.  Come on in for hot buttermilk pancakes and fresh maple syrup!

Beginning March 1,  hours are as follows:

• Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm,
• Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm,

Closed Monday for groups and Closed Easter Sunday.

Maple Magic, a step back in time to when Native Americans and early settlers tapped trees to make maple syrup, will be offered in Allegany State Park three times during the next week.

The program is offered by Nature EdVentures of Buffalo at Camp Allegany starting 11am Sunday, from 11am to 2pm Wednesday, and starting at 1pm March 13.  Reservations are required. 

It's hard to believe that Holiday Valley can be even more fun, but wait 'til you come to Winter Carnival 2010!

Events take place on March 13 and 14 throughout the resort and in the Village of Ellicottville. Here are a few of the events that might take place, but a more definite schedule will be released in early winter.

The New York State Maple Producers Association is proud to announce that they will be hosting the 15th Annual New York Maple Weekend two weekends in 2010.  Saturday and Sunday March 20/21 and March 27/28, participating maple producers will open up their production facilities to the public.  Maple weekends take place regardless of the weather, so please dress accordingly for your visit

Riders and skiers get huge air above the giant quarter pipe built at the bottom of Yodeler. Helmet and parent signature required.

A super G race for all ages! Let 'em rip and check your speed in the radar trap! Registration at the Training Center. Helmet and parent signature required.

Harley-Davidson is sponsoring a National Garage Party Month and this weekend is geared specifically to women.  The lessons shared at a Women's Garage Party are valuable to any woman who wants to learn how to ride. 

An exciting head to head mogul competition on Yodeler where the best speed, style and air send you on to the next round. Open to all ages. Register at the Training Center 7:30am - 8:30am. Practice runs 8:30 - 9:15.

What would Spring at Holiday Valley be without the Pond Skimming Spring Party on March 27! This day of fun includes the Bump or Burn Dual Mogul Competition (register from 7:30 to 8:30 in Training Center $30, starts at 9:30), the Pond Skimming competition (register at 11:00, starts at 1:00), and more exciting fun to be announced.

70's and 80's rocker, famous for Take Me Home Tonight and Two Tickets To Paradise will appear March 27.

Step into the past and experience a fully restored passenger depot constructed in 1912 by the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway. Through artifacts, photographs and video presentations, you'll experience an era over 90 years ago, when rail was the primary means of transportation from city to city.

Just when you thought the final winter project had been checked off the honey-do list, it is time for the Greater Olean Area Home and Garden Show. The home show is co-sponsored by the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and its thirty-nine corporate sponsors. More than eighty of the area's leading businesses are expected to exhibit their wares and services.
